I want to thank ESAC for a terrific internship. My site director Max was the absolute best! Such a kind and knowledgeable soul. Gained experience and learned a lot from him. I really lucked out with my internship. That’s for sure. 🙂 You guys were overly accommodating with my diet preference and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. I typically like to keep it on the “down low” and figure things out myself but I knew the cuisine here in Prague would be different than what I’m used to.
